Maisha Capacity Development Opportunity is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering children and young people in developing countries. Our mission is to work with communities to provide children with access to education, healthcare, and other essential services. We believe that every child has the potential to achieve great things and that by investing in their futures, we can create a better world for everyone. The word Maisha in Swahil language means Life.

We change lives of children and their families to create a brighter future. We do this through developing capacity of families, communities and institutions to build foundations needed for children to grow healthy, educated and protected.

STREET BUSSINESS SCHOOL

Through our Street Business School Programme we provide community members with training on enterprise skills to support them research, establish and run their own small businesses. Post training we provide mentoring services to assist them overcome challenges they may face

To date we have provided training across 4 communities and seen excellent results
